Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional training and assessments following the company's SOP and Singapore Workforce Qualification (WSQ) standards.
- Deliver engaging training sessions on digital marketing topics such as social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, data analytics, and digital advertising strategies.
- Design, develop, and update training materials tailored for adult learners to ensure industry relevance.
- Use interactive teaching methods to enhance learners understanding and practical skills.
- Assess learners training needs and learning outcomes, and adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
- Manage student administration, including attendance, assessment records, and maintaining student profiles.
- Oversee student system management and documentation.
- Execute additional responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of training experience in digital marketing or related fields or at least 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, WeChat/Weibo marketing tools, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, CapCut, and other social media/video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills fluency in English is essential Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to tailor training programs to diverse learner needs.
- Experience with adult learning methodologies and applying them effectively.
- Industry experience or relevant educational background in marketing, advertising, or media is advantageous.

拥有至少 5 年数字营销实务经验的候选人优先考虑
具备 ACTA、ACLP、或 ITEC 等相关培训资格证书者优先
熟悉数字营销工具与平台(如Facebook、Google Ads、Google Analytics、SEO工具等)
具备良好的沟通技巧,能够有效传授知识并激励学员
