Digital Marketing Specialist — Ballet Quarter (Singapore)
Full-time · On-site, Singapore · SGD 5,000/month base + uncapped commission · OTE SGD 7,000–8,000/month
About Ballet Quarter
Ballet Quarter is a boutique ballet school based in Singapore, offering structured, high-quality training for all ages, from young beginners to youth exam students and adult dancers.
The role
This is a full-stack growth role, not a brand marketing role. You make the content, run the ads, answer the leads, close the sales, and run the events — personally. You get a weekly 30-minute KPI review with the Managing Director and full autonomy in between, including pricing and promo authority within agreed guardrails.
What you'll do
- Content: Produce 3–4 short-form video assets per week (shot and edited yourself; a freelance videographer retainer supports bigger shoots) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and Lemon8.
- Paid acquisition: Plan, launch and optimise Meta, TikTok and Google campaigns hands-on, with a dedicated ad budget separate from your compensation.
- Convert: Own the WhatsApp lead inbox. Respond in minutes, book trials, close intro packages, chase no-shows, win back lapsed students.
- Partnerships & events: Mall activations, corporate wellness packages, KOL and barter collaborations, open houses, referral campaigns.
- Report: Maintain a weekly funnel dashboard — leads, trials, conversions, CAC, retention signals.
What success looks like
- Month 1: Funnel fully instrumented, first campaigns live, lead response time under 15 minutes during operating hours.
- Month 3: Hitting the monthly net-new enrolment target at or under the CAC ceiling.
- Month 6+: Referral engine running, waitlists forming on peak classes, and you're shaping pricing, packages and expansion decisions.
You must have
- 3–6 years in growth marketing for boutique fitness/wellness, beauty, education, F&B or D2C
- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads experience: you built and optimised the campaigns yourself, not through an agency.
- The ability to shoot and edit short-form video solo (CapCut, Premiere or equivalent).
- A proven sales instinct — you are comfortable owning a lead inbox and being measured on revenue, not impressions.
- Working fluency in English and Mandarin, as you will create content for and convert Mandarin-preferring audiences on Xiaohongshu.
- Comfort with funnel data: CAC, conversion rates, pixel/GA4 basics.
- Flexibility for some evening and weekend work — that's when the studio is alive and when events happen.
Nice to have
- A dance, fitness or performing-arts background.
- An audience you've personally grown on Xiaohongshu, Lemon8, TikTok or Instagram.
- CRM and automation experience (Sleekflow/Wati, Zapier/Make).
Compensation & benefits
- SGD 5,000/month base salary.
- Uncapped monthly commission per net new enrolled student — on-target earnings of SGD 7,000–8,000/month, with no ceiling above that.
- Dedicated ad and events budget, separate from your compensation.
- Unlimited adult ballet classes at the studio.
- 14 days annual leave; 3-month probation.
- Direct line to the Managing Director and real decision authority.
