Deliverables
- Develop and document a scalable affiliate marketing strategy tailored to the app launch and ongoing growth
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend affiliate platforms and tools suitable for direct and aggregator affiliates
- Map out all functional and technical requirements for the affiliate program
- Oversee the implementation and integration of the affiliate solution with the app and supporting systems
- Create onboarding materials and processes for new affiliates
- Establish tracking, reporting, and performance measurement systems
- Advise on compliance, best practices, and industry standards
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building affiliate marketing programs from scratch, ideally for SaaS or app-based products
- Strong understanding of both direct and aggregator affiliate models
- Ability to translate business goals into technical and functional requirements
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking, reporting, and analytics tools
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results on tight timelines
