About Us

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to own all digital touchpoints across the funnel—from awareness to conversion. This role will drive content, distribution, and performance across social, newsletters, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Channel Ownership

  • Manage end-to-end digital presence across social media, website, and newsletters
  • Plan and execute content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Telegram, etc.)

2. Content & Campaign Execution

  • Develop engaging content tailored to institutional, fintech, and Web3 audiences
  • Execute campaigns aligned with product launches and GTM initiatives

3. Newsletter & CRM Marketing

  • Own newsletter strategy, segmentation, and deployment
  • Optimize open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics

4. SEO, GEO & AEO (AI Optimization)

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
  • Deploy GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to improve AI discoverability (e.g., ChatGPT, search AI)
  • Monitor and optimize performance across search and AI-driven platforms

5. Analytics & Performance

  • Track KPIs across all digital channels
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in digital marketing, social media, or growth roles
  • Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AI-driven discovery (AEO/GEO)
  • Experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Background in fintech, payments, FMCG, or Web3 preferred
