The Digital Marketing Sales Manager (Google Ads) is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling digital marketing solutions with a focus on Google Ads to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, a deep understanding of Google Ads and other digital marketing channels, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and networking
- Identify and target SMEs that would benefit from digital marketing solutions, specifically Google Ads
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive digital marketing solutions to clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how to optimize their digital marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in digital marketing, specifically in Google Ads
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other digital marketing channels, as well as the ability to articulate the benefits of digital marketing to SMEs will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
