THE ROLE
We're hiring a Digital Sales Consultant who can walk into a client meeting, ask the right questions, and walk out with a proposal that actually maps to their business goals. This is a solution sales role.
You'll be expected to understand a prospect's revenue model, identify where digital marketing fits, and present a multi-channel strategy (SEO, Google SEM, Meta, TikTok, YouTube) that justifies the investment.
You won't be handed a script. You'll be given a methodology, a strong track record to sell from, and the autonomy to build your own client portfolio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, close
- Conduct in-depth client briefings to uncover business objectives (not just campaign briefs)
- Develop and present bespoke digital marketing proposals across multiple channels
- Build and grow a portfolio of clients with a focus on long-term retention
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure proposals are executable and deliverable
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of B2B or solution sales experience (digital marketing, media, SaaS, or adjacent industries preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals, not just generate leads
- Commercially literate: you can read a client's business context and position marketing as an investment, not a cost
- Familiar with major digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube). You don't need to be a specialist, but you need to speak credibly about them
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin is a plus for managing regional clients Self-directed and comfortable working in a small-team environment without micromanagement

REMUNERATION
Basic Salary $3000 to $4000 + Performance Commission + Allowances
