Digital Marketing & Product, Senior Executive

About the Role

EdgeProp Singapore is looking for a cross-functional thinker who can run performance marketing campaigns and contribute meaningfully to product decisions. If you're someone who's equally comfortable analysing ad performance and sitting in a product roadmap discussion, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Outbrain.
• Drive user acquisition, paid subscriptions, and lead generation for property launches and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI across paid and organic channels.
• Support the product lifecycle across web and app, working with Tech and UIUX designers.
• Assist in feature prioritisation, roadmap planning, and gathering user insights.
• Track competitor and market trends in real estate technology to surface gaps and opportunities.
• Coordinate across Sales, Tech, and Marketing to align on timelines and deliverables.

Who We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, product, or a related field. Strong fresh graduates welcome.
• Hands-on with at least one major ad platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Outbrain).
• Analytical and data-driven, comfortable with Excel and web analytics tools.
• Clear communicator who works well across technical and non-technical teams.
• Genuinely curious and eager to learn, especially open to adopting AI tools and new workflows to work smarter.
• Adaptable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and platforms evolve.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
