About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute data-led digital strategies across multiple online channels. This role will focus on brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategy
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Oversee SEO / SEM strategy and website optimisation
- Drive social media growth and content marketing initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and data dashboards
- Optimise conversion funnels and improve ROI
- Manage marketing budget and performance reporting
- Lead and mentor digital marketing team members
- Collaborate with sales, product, and external agencies
Requirements
- 48 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and paid media
- Experience with SEO tools and marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign tracking
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
Preferred
- Experience in E-commerce / SaaS / FinTech industries
- Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience managing regional or global campaigns
- Basic understanding of UX and CRO principles
