Job Scope
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the company's online presence and digital initiatives to drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage SEO and SEM campaigns to optimize search performance and maximize ROI.
- Oversee e-commerce platform management, including product listings, promotions, user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights to management.
- Plan and execute social media, email, and online advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Track and improve customer engagement, retention, and online community growth.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
