Role DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Lead, or Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role oversees all digital channels, including social media, search engines, email, and paid advertising, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and aligned with business objectives. The role also focuses on enhancing customer engagement and delivering measurable ROI through digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Oversee content strategy, ensuring all digital content aligns with brand messaging and engages target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), providing insights and recommendations.
- Lead website optimization initiatives, including UX improvements, landing page performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Manage social media presence, driving engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of successful campaign management.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
