About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager (B2C Payments), you will drive endtoend digital marketing initiatives that fuel customer acquisition, activation, and engagement across our consumer payment products.

You will lead integrated campaigns, own paid media performance, strengthen our social presence, support PR and events, and shape how consumers discover, experience, and adopt our card and payment offerings.

This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences user growth, brand visibility, and market penetration.

What You Will Do

Digital Strategy & Customer Acquisition

  • Develop and execute digital growth strategies that drive B2C acquisition for consumer payment and card products.
  • Manage and optimise paid media performance across search, display, social, video, affiliate, and programmatic channels.
  • Build acquisition funnels and improve conversion metrics such as CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and LTV.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns for product launches, promotions, partnerships, and seasonal activations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns with merchant and brand partners.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Manage social media calendars, content, and community engagement across key consumer-facing channels.
  • Produce compelling content - including short-form videos, visuals, posts, stories, EDMs, and product explainers.
  • Monitor performance and optimise social strategies based on insights and trends.

SEO, Website & Conversion Optimisation

  • Oversee website content updates, landing page improvements, and SEO initiatives.
  • Drive CRO experiments (A/B tests, UX improvements, messaging variations) to improve sign-ups and activation rates.
  • Analyse user journeys and funnel performance using analytics tools.

PR, Brand Communications & Events

  • Support PR announcements, media engagement, and corporate communications to strengthen brand credibility.
  • Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and ecosystem partners to expand visibility.
  • Lead event marketing efforts for consumer activations, product showcases, and partner events.

Insights, Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on campaign performance, channel ROI, and audience insights.
  • Build dashboards and provide recommendations for continuous optimisation.
  • Stay updated on B2C marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive strategies.

What You Bring

Core Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or consumer acquisition, ideally in payments, financial services, fintech, or consumer tech.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic), SEO, and performance optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of consumer funnels - awareness acquisition activation retention.
  • Excellent content creation and storytelling skills across digital and social platforms.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and turning insights into actionable improvements.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and leadership teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience running PR or consumer event marketing.
  • Familiarity with payment products, card schemes, or consumer financial services.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Basic design knowledge or experience with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
  • Understanding of consumer behaviour trends in payments, loyalty, or digital finance.
