About Maison 21G Paris

Maison 21G Paris is a Haute Couture perfumery house redefining the fragrance industry through personalization, sustainability, and emotional connection. We create bespoke scent identities for individuals and leading brands across hospitality, retail, and luxury experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and creative Digital & CRM Marketing Intern to support our growth across digital and brand channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of luxury, creativity, and performance marketing, contributing directly to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Customer Engagement

– Support CRM campaigns (email, automation flows) for B2B and B2C channels

– Assist in segmentation, customer journey mapping, and retention strategies

– Analyze campaign performance and optimize engagement

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

– Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis

– Optimize website content, blog articles, and landing pages

– Support backlink strategy and on-page SEO improvements

SEM (Paid Media & Performance Marketing)

– Assist in managing Google Ads and paid campaigns

– Monitor campaign performance (CPC, conversion, ROAS) with our agency

– Support A/B testing and optimization of ads for B2B

Public Relations

– Identify and engage with media, magazines, Support press outreach

Content & Brand Support

– Contribute to content creation ( newsletters, articles, LinkedIn posts)

– Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

– Support storytelling aligned with Maison 21G Paris DNA

Profile

– Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

– Strong interest in luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands

– Familiar with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM tools, SEO tools is a plus)

– Creative, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset

– Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

– Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
