Job Description

We are looking for an analytical, culturally savvy, and proactive Digital Marketing Freelancer to manage, optimize, and scale our new contemporary art e-commerce platform.

What You'll Be Doing & The Skills We Need:

  • Paid Acquisition Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

  • Comfortable doing deep dive in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards to manage and scale campaigns.

  • Highly attuned to the diminishing returns threshold. You know exactly when ad spend has plateaued relative to conversions or qualified lead generation, ensuring we don't burn budget unnecessarily.

  • Sharp understanding of how conversion rates correlate with upstream metrics like CTR, CPC, and frequency.

  • Fast at iterating; you can spot campaign fatigue early and swiftly adjust targeting, settings, or creatives to keep things fresh.

  • Joomla Web CMS (Huge Plus): Even if you havnt used Joomla CMS before, you aren't intimidated by Joomla's backend. You need to know how to navigate core articles, modules, or extensions to keep our marketing front-facing elements running smoothly.

  • Proficient with third-party SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) to handle routine technical audit updates, keyword health, and structural optimizations.

  • Experience planning holistic digital campaigns that marry paid traffic with an authentic, organic social media presence.

  • Familiar with third-party social platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) to manage scheduled postings and multi-channel asset distribution.

  • Highly structured when it comes to creative assets. You ensure copy, images, and video assets hit their milestones so they line up perfectly with our exhibition and launch calendars.

  • High-Value Funnel Analytics (GA4): Deep familiarity with *Google Analytics 4 (GA4)* enhanced e-commerce tracking. Because art is a high-consideration purchase, you know how to map out non-linear user journeys and pinpoint exactly where potential collectors drop off in the checkout or inquiry funnel.

  • Creative-Led CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): A strong eye for visual layouts. If an ad has a fantastic CTR but doesn't convert, you can step back, look at the artwork's landing page experience, and suggest meaningful adjustments to product imagery, viewing-room presentation, or call-to-action placement.

  • First-Party Data Integration: Experience utilizing server-side tracking (like Meta Conversions API) alongside VIP email/SMS lists to capture and nurture high-intent buyers over longer sales cycles.

Probation: Initial 3-month period.

Renewal: Contract extension is subject to performance review.

Format: Hybrid / Work from Home.

In-Person Requirement: Expectation to meet up at least twice a week (at INSTINC or a designated space).
