• Expertise: 2+ years in heavy Performance Marketing/Paid Acquisition.

Role 2: The Funnel Architect - Creative

• Focus: Building conversion-heavy funnels for Financial Education courses.

• Profile: A strong writer who understands consumer psychology. You can turn a big idea into a high-converting script or landing page.

• Expertise: Direct-response copywriting, ClickFunnels/HubSpot, and creative briefing.

Role 3: The Growth Operator - Performance

• Focus: High-volume lead generation and campaign execution.

• Profile: A versatile all-rounder who is execution-heavy. You get campaigns live fast and optimize them even faster.

• Expertise: 1+ years of hands-on experience across Meta and Google Ads.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

• 1+ years of marketing experience, with a genuine interest in trading, investing, or financial markets is a plus

• Personally managed and optimized Meta and Google Ads.

• Familiar with CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPA.

• Proficiency in Generative AI tools to speed up asset production is a massive plus.
