About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will drive and grow our online presence across key social platforms, supporting our Sleep Business (The Air Station). You will lead content planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and performance-driven outcomes.
This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in social media, digital campaigns, and content creation, who is keen to contribute to a growing health and wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content & Engagement
- Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with a strong focus on engagement and community building
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns and brand messaging
- Create engaging content including graphics, captions, and short-form videos
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and trends to drive interaction and brand affinity
- Identify and leverage social trends, formats, and platform features to boost reach and engagement
Analytics & ROI Optimisation
- Track and analyse social media and campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and platform insights
- Monitor key metrics including engagement rate, reach, CTR, conversions, and ROI
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Continuously optimise content and campaigns based on data and performance trends
Campaigns & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute social-led campaigns and content initiatives to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions
- Support paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) including setup, testing, and optimisation
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign concepts and creative assets
E-commerce & Platform Support
- Support alignment between social media campaigns and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WIX)
- Assist in executing promotional mechanics (e.g. vouchers, bundles) tied to social campaigns
Marketing Automation & Customer Experience
- Support eDM campaigns and basic lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement, retention, and overall digital experience
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and executing content strategies
- Working knowledge of social media tools, EDM platforms, and analytics (e.g. GA4)
- Experience planning and executing digital campaigns, content calendars, and online promotions
- Graphic design and video editing skills (e.g. Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe tools)
- Strong coordination skills with attention to detail across multiple platforms
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop) and familiarity with mechanics such as vouchers and platform campaigns
- Experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry is an advantage
