We are looking for a driven, creative, and data-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our aesthetic brands online. This role is perfect for someone who loves digital campaigns, paid ads, social media, and performance optimisation, and enjoys turning insights into action to deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
Plan & Execute Campaigns
Work with the Brand Specialist to design, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display channels.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely, engaging posts across all brand platforms.
Paid Advertising & Performance
Create, manage, and optimise paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, XHS).
Analyse campaign performance to improve lead conversion, engagement, and client retention.
Manage budgets effectively to maximise campaign ROI.
SEO, SEM & Email Marketing
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
Plan and manage email marketing campaigns to support promotions and engagement.
Collaboration & Optimisation
Work with internal teams and external partners to create creative assets and promotional campaigns.
Track, measure, and optimise campaign performance to meet ROI targets.
Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
What You'll Bring
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, web development, or social media management.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
Results-driven, proactive, and creative with a keen eye for trends and details.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deliver on time, and work independently.
