Responsible for digital marketing strategy for the brand by developing, expanding, and maintaining the brand outreach across online media platforms
Work with design team to develop contents for digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone.
Manage company social media accounts (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and online branding assets (e.g. website)
Handle customer queries via social media & email
Identify and keep up with digital and social media trends, proposing appropriate actions relevant to increase the brand awareness & customer engagement.
Writing and proofreading of social media content, press releases, and other relevant brand materials
Providing support to marketing team e.g., events, and store activities.
Requirement:
Relevant Diploma/Degree preferred
2 years experience in digital marketing or relevant experience
Digital agency experience is a plus
Online savvy and active on social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Independent and positive work attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment
