Digital Marketing Executive (SaaS)
5 days, 10am-6pm (Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days WFH)
Salary: $4000-$4500

Job responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels to drive free trial signups and paid subscriptions
- Continuously test and scale ad campaigns - running creative variations across audiences, formats, placements, and messaging to identify what works
- Conceptualise thumb-stopping static and video ad creatives, and produce clear briefs for designers and video editors to bring them to life
- Track, optimise and report on campaign performance to improve acquisition costs, trial-to-paid conversion rate, and ROAS, with a focus on sustainable growth
- Identify and build audience segments based on user personas, platform data, and market research to sharpen messaging and improve campaign performance
- Stay ahead of paid marketing trends and product developments, especially in the SaaS and fintech space
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google
- Experience in SaaS or fintech marketing
- (Strong plus) Experience marketing to US audiences
- (Preferred) Interest in financial markets, investing, or trading
