Digital Marketing Executive

Position Overview

This position is responsible for handling social media marketing for a major Japanese professional hair care brand in Malaysia. The role focuses on planning and executing digital marketing activities, managing social media platforms and website content, and creating engaging visual and written content to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, create, schedule, and manage content and marketing activities for the company's social media platforms, including Website, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu(小紅書).
2. Manage and update the company website and social media channels to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives.
3. Develop, produce, and edit digital content, including photos, videos, social media posts, and website materials.
4. Create visual and promotional materials such as corporate branding assets, product brochures, and other marketing collateral.
5. Use tools such as Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, WordPress, Adobe, or similar software to produce high-quality digital content.
6. Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional events and marketing campaigns.
7. Write and edit English content for the company's website, social media pages, and other marketing materials.
8. Monitor and maintain regular updates of online content to support brand visibility and customer engagement.

MUST TO HAVE:

1. Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
2. Hands-on experience using tools such as Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, and WordPress.
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to create engaging digital content, including social media posts, website content, photos, and videos.
5. Possess own car or transportation
