Job Description

  • Digital Campaign Management: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms to promote accounting, corporate secretarial, tax, and advisory services.
  • Website & Content Management: Manage the company website, update service pages, blog articles, banners, and ensure SEO optimisation for lead generation.
  • Social Media & Branding: Create compelling content to build brand awareness, attract corporate clients, and position the firm as an industry leader.
  • E-Platform Management: Oversee enquiries from website and digital platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and online directories. Ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, digital behaviour, government grants, and regulatory updates to craft timely marketing messages.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign performance, track lead conversions, and generate reports to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
