Social Media & Branding: Create compelling content to build brand awareness, attract corporate clients, and position the firm as an industry leader.
E-Platform Management: Oversee enquiries from website and digital platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and online directories. Ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, digital behaviour, government grants, and regulatory updates to craft timely marketing messages.
Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign performance, track lead conversions, and generate reports to improve marketing effectiveness.
Perform any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
