Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will initially focus on building and enhancing our internal branding and product promotion strategies. Over time, your role will evolve to attract and manage external clients, providing full-service digital marketing strategies to meet their needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the company, starting with internal marketing and eventually transitioning to managing client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Internal Marketing (Initial Phase)
. Create and implement digital marketing strategies for internal branding and product promotion.
. Manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
. Analyze campaign data and report on key metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI).
Phase 2: Digital Marketing Agency (Transition to External)
. Attract and manage external clients, providing full-service digital marketing strategies.
. Build and lead a team to execute client campaigns across various digital channels.
. Oversee and optimize campaigns for clients, ensuring results such as lead generation and ROI.
. Provide clients with detailed performance reports, demonstrating campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to continually improve results.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing field.
. Experience in client-facing roles or within a digital marketing agency environment is a plus.
. Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media platforms, and content marketing tools.
. Able to handle pressure, working effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
