Role Description

The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, drive footfall to the entertainment centres, and increase customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and publishing digital content, coordinating promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across all online platforms. The Digital Marketing Executive will monitor performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and make data-informed recommendations to improve campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with operations and events teams to promote activities, loyalty programs, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

. Strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and a basic understanding of the customer journey.

. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and channels.

. Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and platform-specific best practices.

. Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and optimise campaigns.

. Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is an advantage.

. Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple

campaigns and deadlines.

. Prior experience in digital marketing, especially in lifestyle, retail, or entertainment

sectors, is beneficial.

. Familiarity with bowling and/or e-sports (Valorant, Mobile Legends) is an advantage.

. Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or

equivalent relevant experience.

. Comfort working in a hybrid environment and supporting on-site events or campaigns

outside standard office hours when needed.
