Responsibilities
- Lead social media management by planning weekly content, creating reels and captions for Instagram and Facebook to grow followers and increase engagement organically
- Execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, support Google Search Ads management, track ad performance, and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI
- Develop and launch at least two marketing campaigns monthly, including bundle deals and seasonal promotions, while monitoring competitor marketing activities to maintain competitive advantage
- Maintain and enhance Google Business profile by responding to customer reviews and improving search visibility to drive online presence
- Design simple marketing posters using Canva and support menu updates and marketing materials to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Coordinate campaign execution with outlet managers to align marketing initiatives with operational activities
- Drive KPIs focused on increasing customer traffic and revenue, improving average customer spending, maintaining profitable ad performance, growing social media engagement, and delivering successful marketing campaigns
Required competencies and certifications
- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads platform and campaign execution
- Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing materials
- Strong execution skills to implement marketing plans effectively
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to perform and deliver results in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in restaurant or retail marketing, mall promotions, or delivery platform marketing
