Job Description

Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copywriting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketplace analytics tools.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Youtube.
  • Develop campaign calendars and execute product-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate influencer and KOL partnerships to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Support photography, videography, and short-form video content creation for marketing campaigns.

CRM & Retention Marketing

  • Execute email marketing and CRM campaigns to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
  • Manage customer database segmentation and promotional outreach.
  • Support loyalty programs, member campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

Adminstrative

  • Work schedule: 5-day work week with Saturdays included on a rotation basis
  • Working hours: 9am - 5pm
  • Annual leave: 14 days per calendar year
