- E-Commerce & Digital Marketing: Lead and optimize e-commerce and digital performance campaigns (SEM, SEO, social media) to enhance traffic, engagement, and ROI, while collaborating with regional sales teams to maintain competitive positioning.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion funnel enhancements to improve user experience, drive higher purchase intent, and boost online sales performance.
- Loyalty & Personalization: Develop and manage loyalty programs and personalized engagement initiatives using data and AI-driven targeting to strengthen customer retention and lifetime value.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Track competitor activities and analyze campaign performance, delivering clear, actionable insights through real-time dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in a relevant Business or Marketing discipline
- At least 2-3 year of working experience in a Digital Marketing function ideally with FMCG, Consumer Electronics or Consumer Goods industry
