Drive brand awareness and inbound growth by managing an omni-channel B2B digital footprint for Singapore's flooring market. Independently strategize, produce high-quality professional video content, and run paid ad campaigns with the primary objective of capturing and feeding high-intent, warm leads to our sales team.
Formulate, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with a strict focus on generating high-quality, warm B2B leads (contractors, architects, IDs).
Oversee, configure, and manage the company's digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Red Book (小红书), understanding each platform's distinct algorithms.
Concept, film, and edit professional video content tailored specifically to each platform's standard (e.g., short-form project showcases for TikTok/Red Book, longer technical reviews for YouTube).
Develop and manage basic Google SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to ensure our website ranks for high-intent B2B flooring and building material keywords.
Allocate and manage the monthly digital marketing budget efficiently to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Actively track, analyze, and report on web traffic, conversion funnels, and paid ad metrics using analytics tools to present performance findings to upper management.
Perform ongoing research on market trends and B2B client demands to recommend creative marketing ideas and strategic adjustments.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
Prior experience marketing SPC flooring, building materials, construction, or interior design products is highly preferred.
Strong familiarity with the backend operations, metrics tracking, and algorithms of Google (SEO), YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Red Book (小红书).
Hands-on proficiency in mobile/camera filming and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
B2B Mindset with the ability to craft localized, trust-building copy suitable for both English-centric platforms and Mandarin-native platforms (like Red Book).
Exceptionally autonomous and entrepreneurial a proactive problem-solver who can lay down workflows for unestablished channels with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,000
