Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to support the firm's brand-building, thought leadership, and lead generation efforts across our services.

This role is best suited for someone with experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within a consultancy, professional services, training, or knowledge-based environment. The successful candidate will help execute digital marketing initiatives that strengthen the company's market visibility, promote its expertise, support business development, and drive enquiries for consulting and training services.

You will work closely with internal subject matter experts and leadership to turn expertise into compelling digital content and campaigns across channels including LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, the corporate website, and selected digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing and Campaign Execution

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing plans aligned with the company's business priorities, service lines, and growth objectives
  • Execute integrated digital campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, training registrations, webinar attendance, and service promotion
  • Coordinate campaign roll-out across relevant channels, including website, email, LinkedIn, webinars, and paid or organic digital initiatives
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and results

Content Marketing and Thought Leadership

  • Work with internal teams to develop and publish high-quality marketing content, including LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies, brochures, website copy, email campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Help translate technical sustainability topics into clear, engaging, and market-relevant content for business audiences
  • Support the promotion of the company's thought leadership, training programmes, webinars, awards, events, and key service offerings
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand presentation across all digital channels

Social Media and Executive Visibility

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
  • Plan, create, schedule, and optimise content to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility
  • Support the amplification of leadership and expert profiles through professional, high-quality digital content
  • Monitor social media trends, performance, and competitor activity to inform content planning

Website, SEO, and Digital Presence

  • Support the ongoing management and updating of the company's website, including service pages, campaign pages, training pages, articles, and landing pages
  • Help improve website performance through strong content structure, basic SEO good practices, and conversion-focused updates
  • Ensure website content is current, accurate, well-presented, and aligned with brand and business priorities

Email Marketing and Lead Support

  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns for service promotion, webinar invitations, training courses, and thought leadership content
  • Assist with contact list management, segmentation, campaign tracking, and performance reporting
  • Help strengthen lead generation and enquiry conversion through well-targeted digital communications and follow-up marketing initiatives

Webinars, Events, and Training Promotion

  • Support the digital promotion and delivery coordination of webinars, virtual events, public training courses, and other marketing-led initiatives
  • Work with internal teams on event communications, registration promotion, pre-event reminders, and post-event follow-up
  • Help maximise the marketing value of webinars, recorded content, and event-related thought leadership

Marketing Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and report on key digital marketing metrics, including engagement, traffic, enquiries, conversion rates, and campaign performance
  • Prepare regular reports with practical insights and recommendations
  • Use performance data to refine content, campaigns, and channel strategy over time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B, consultancy, professional services, training, or content-led organisation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, website content management, analytics tools, and basic SEO
  • Experience supporting or executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce polished content for professional audiences
  • Good analytical skills and confidence in using performance data to guide improvements
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach

Preferred /Advantageous

  • Experience in a consulting, advisory, professional services, or training business
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation and content marketing
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn campaign tools, SEO tools, CRM or marketing automation platforms, webinar platforms, and email marketing systems
  • Interest in or exposure to sustainability, climate, ESG, corporate reporting, or related business topics
  • Experience promoting webinars, training programmes, events, or thought leadership content
