A global luxury brand is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to lead customer lifecycle management, digital marketing performance, and customer experience strategy across regional markets. This role will focus on leveraging CRM systems, digital channels, and analytics to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Your new role
- Lead CRM strategy and lifecycle management, including system optimisation, lead management, KPI tracking, and leveraging customer data insights to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Drive end-to-end customer experience and journey design, mapping key touchpoints, enhancing digital experiences, and developing integrated communication strategies to improve engagement and satisfaction
- Own digital marketing planning and performance, managing campaigns across paid, social, and web channels while optimising full-funnel metrics from awareness to conversion
- Deliver data-driven insights and marketing intelligence, analysing CRM and digital data to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
- Enable cross-functional and stakeholder alignment, supporting internal teams and partners through training, collaboration, and performance-driven execution across markets
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or marketing analytics
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
