The Digital Marketing & Content Executive will be responsible for managing the club's digital presence
across social media, website, and online marketing platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging
content, especially short-form videos and reels, while supporting digital campaigns through analytics,
paid advertising, and performance optimisation.
The role requires a combination of creative storytelling, content production, and data-driven marketing,
while also supporting basic design work using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow the organisation's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
- Plan and produce short-form video content such as instagram reels and social media videos.
- Develop engaging content including, event highlights, behind-the-scenes clips, lifestyle and member experiences, and promotional reels.
- Stay updated on social media trends and viral formats to increase engagement.
- Maintain and manage the social media content calendar.
Digital Campaigns & Paid Advertising
- Plan and manage digital campaigns to promote events, promotions and membership activities.
- Execute and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, budgets and creatives to improve results.
- Support online marketing initiatives such as promotions, collaborations, contests, and influencer or partner campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and event participation.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Assist in developing campaign strategies based on data insights and performance metrics.
Website & Digital Communications
- Update and maintain website content, including event listings, promotions and announcements.
- Prepare and distribute Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) and SMS communications.
- Ensure digital communications are visually engaging and aligned with campaigns.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights
and Google Ads. Track key metrics including reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions and
campaign ROI, and prepare reports with recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Experience creating short-form videos / reels is an advantage.
- Strong visual sense, creativity and storytelling ability.
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, events or F&B sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Familiar with Instagram Reels, short-form video editing, and social media tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO basics.
- Familiar with Google Analytics or digital performance tracking tools.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data.
- Good time management and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
