1-Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute its digital strategy across 34 concepts, covering membership growth, digital ads, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, CRM, and loyalty programs. The role collaborates closely with the integrated marketing team and oversees the group's digital performance.
Job Description:
Manage end-to-end group-level digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google) from planning to analysis
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email, display advertising, and marketing database campaigns
Develop impactful social media and content strategies to engage core audiences
Provide digital guidance to outlet marketing teams to strengthen brand presence across all digital assets
Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve digital marketing efficiency and effectiveness
Lead CRM strategy with personalized campaigns and drive customer database growth through acquisition and engagement initiatives
Advocate best practices for all CMS platforms within 1-Group's digital ecosystem
Utilize analytical tools for testing, optimization, and improving customer journey conversion points
Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to enhance campaign execution
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing
Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with excellent written and spoken English
Strong knowledge of web platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Google tools, social media)
Skills in Photoshop, AI, basic coding, and web design are a plus
Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign results, measure ROI, and evaluate outcomes
Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple deadlines and partners in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
