Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the conceptualization and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across our online platforms.
- To analyze and report online sales KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic, etc)
- To manage order fulfillment.
- Handle customer enquires via various platform.
- Design, update and manage content of all online platforms and ensure that product content, images, inventory, promotion mechanics and pricing are updated timely.
- Provide administrative and operations support to e-commerce team.
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in the field of marketing, business, e-commerce or related field.
- Proficient in the use of photoshop and / or illustrator.
- Experience in electronics products and e-commerce background will be an added bonus.
- Prefer someone comes from e-commerce, online marketing, digital marketing background.
