We invite a skilled, forward-thinking talent to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will steer our Digital/ Ecommerce sales channels, with the objective to plan and execute our ambitious annual Ecommerce sales & growth plans. You will work alongside strong marketers and top management to strengthen and scale-up the online business.
You must have a strong interest in understanding Ecommerce channels (e.g. Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify). A good eye for design will help immensely. At the same time, you are expected to move fast and be comfortable operating at an analytical, yet tactical, level and be deeply grounded in consumer insights and data.
Core Responsibilities:
Analysis & Team Communications
Analyze customer behavior and sales data of new vs returning users, identify trends and opportunities for growth
Analyze data to ensure promotion and marketing effectiveness
Marketplace Channel Search, Display, and Campaigns
Shortlist, secure, and manage campaigns with select platforms, be the point person for all activities on platform
Change out visuals and PDP images/copy regularly, depending on campaign
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Ecommerce platform account managers, and be the main point of contact, ensuring we participate in platform level campaigns and get more traffic boosts/exposure
Ecommerce Channel Promotion Planning and Execution
Create and implement tactical offers/mechanics/promotions to support marketing ads, campaigns and initiatives
Ecommerce Channel ATC, AOV and CVR Improvement
Keep experimenting to improve ATC, CVR and AOV
Drive PDP improvements, bundling, volume promotions, and other Ecommerce optimizations and improvements across all Ecommerce touchpoints
You will thrive if you are:
Fast learner and a team player with a bias to action, while being detailed-oriented
Strong analytical ability to use quantitative data to develop actionable insights and then execute them, with a deep understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, ATC, AOV, CVR, LTV
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience managing campaigns and different e-commerce platforms, graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field (ambitious fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident with empathy and a desire to be in a performance marketing role
Ability to foster relationships quickly
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas - so only Singaporeans and PR's could be considered for this role
