We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing & Administration Executive to help grow our brand and support daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEM (Google Ads) and SEO strategies, to drive traffic and patient inquiries.
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, newsletters, blogs) to boost online presence.
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and trends.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate clinic appointments, activities, meetings and related events.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement.
- Handle patient inquiries and feedback professionally.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Graduate Diploma also accepted).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEM, and SEO preferred
- Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and familiar with key social media platforms.
- Knowledge of photo/video editing and website management required
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SGD 2,800 to 3,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
