Digital Logistics & Inventory Assistant

Job Description

• Process all digital sales orders in the warehouse
• Pick, pack and gift wrap all digital orders according to order requirements
• Perform quality checks and ensure products are effectively protected from damages during delivery
• Work closely with Digital team in head office on all inventory related matters
• Update records and maintain proper filing systems
• Arrange timely delivery of orders to customers as according to specified locations
• Follow precise delivery and shipping instructions to ensure that best delivery service is used depending on weight, volume and value of order
• Monitor and update inventory records using digital systems conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate digital records of inventory levels
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory related matters
• Support Digital team in any other aspect of logistic operations or administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min. Nitec or Diploma in any field
• Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word , Excel) and internet tools
• Pro-active, meticulous and independent at work
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Must be able to commit fully for 6 months (Renewable)
