Design and develop digital learning resources for Global Education (GE) stakeholders using best practices, sound instructional design principles, innovative technology and tools in digital learning solutions
Assess and plan tasks required for new digital learning projects under the guidance of the supervisor
Evaluate and incorporate new authoring and digital learning tools to create a variety of digital learning products and solutions
Provide technical assistance to stakeholders to ensure evaluations and surveys are implemented efficiently through the centralised feedback management system
Manage the ad-hoc feedback channel and ensure that the appropriate process owners act upon the feedback received promptly
Extract and prepare data from the relevant systems to facilitate data analysis and reporting to GE stakeholders and management
Requirements:
Degree (possibly in Business Administration, Education, Information Technology) with at least 3 years of working experience
Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
At least 2 years of instructional design / development experience
Knowledge of database systems and/or feedback management systems
