Digital / IT Manager

• Lead the transition from onpremise infrastructure to cloudbased platforms and services.
• Plan and execute the migration of core systems and applications from onpremise infrastructure to the cloud.
• Oversee the transition from onpremise to cloud platforms, ensuring security, governance, and operational continuity.
• Manage end-to-end cloud migration initiatives, transitioning onpremise systems to cloud-based solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead and manage the IT function, ensuring strong team performance, clear priorities, and consistent delivery outcomes.
• Develop and deliver the organisation's digital and technology roadmap, with focus on core applications, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Take ownership of IT and digital initiatives end-to-end, from requirements definition and prioritisation to rollout and adoption.
• Manage and optimise key business systems to ensure they effectively support operational workflows and commercial goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities to use automation and AI to enhance efficiency, insights, and service delivery.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, practical digital solutions.
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and user experience across the technology landscape.
• Establish and maintain governance, standards, and best practices for application management and project delivery.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, and performance across IT initiatives, providing clear reporting and insights to leadership.
• Build, coach, and develop a capable, high-performing IT team with a strong sense of ownership and execution discipline.

Required skills/experience:

• At least 6 years experience in IT, digital, or technology-related roles.
• Proven ability to deliver IT or digital initiatives from concept through implementation.
