The Opportunity

As our Digital Infrastructure Recruiter, you will build and own a practice that sits directly in that convergence. You'll connect mission-critical data centre expansion with the renewable power systems that enable it, working with clients that span developers, hyperscalers, investors, and hybrid clean-energy/DC platforms.

What You'll Do

Run senior searches across data centres, cloud, connectivity, and mission-critical engineering

Partner with clients building hybrid renewable + data centre platforms

Map deep talent networks across APAC (SG, JP, AU, HK, ID)

Reverse-market high-value candidates into emerging demand pools

Work alongside founders on strategy, BD, and scaling the practice

Shape a portfolio at the intersection of clean energy + digital infra

What You Bring

Recruitment experience in digital infrastructure, data centres, cloud, telco, or technical engineering

Ability to handle both technical and commercial mandates

Strong commercial instincts and proactive BD mindset

Interest in clean energy and sustainable infrastructure

Builder mentality, comfortable creating a market rather than waiting for briefs
