Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Forensic Incident Responder to support cybersecurity operations in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The role involves investigating complex security incidents, performing forensic and malware analysis, and collaborating with the security team to strengthen organizational defenses. This position offers exposure to advanced incident response processes and the latest threat detection techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze cybersecurity incidents, including digital forensics, malware, and log analysis
• Provide technical guidance on incident investigations and threat assessments
• Ensure smooth daily cybersecurity operations in coordination with the security team.
• Assist in task prioritization and incident response planning
• Maintain and update incident response playbooks and processes
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and threat actor TTPs
• Prepare and review incident reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity incident investigations or digital forensics
• Relevant professional certifications, such as GIAC GCFA, GCFE, or GCIH
• Proficiency with forensic toolkits such as Magnet AXIOM, EnCase, X-Ways, FTK, or Autopsy
• Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
