The Mission
We are looking for a Digital Experience & Growth Strategist to serve as the architect of our online ecosystem. You aren't just here to make things look good; you are here to ensure our digital presence is discoverable, persuasive, and frictionless.
In this role, you will own the Triple Threat of digital growth: Visibility (SEO/SEM), Narrative (Copywriting), and Experience (UI/UX). This is a 100% remote, individual contributor role that requires a high degree of autonomy and a full-stack creative mindset.
The Strategic Pillars
1. Experience Design (UI/UX)
- The Goal:Minimise friction and maximise delight
- Design high-converting landing pages, intuitive navigation structures, and responsive mobile interfaces
- Translate complex user requirements into clean wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes (Figma/Adobe XD)
- Conduct continuous usability audits to identify and fix leaks in the conversion funnel
2. Growth Engine (SEO/SEM)
- The Goal: Capture and command intent
- Develop and execute an organic search strategy (on-page, technical, and content-led SEO)
- Manage paid acquisition channels (Google/Meta Ads) with a ruthless focus on ROAS and CAC
- Monitor keyword trends to ensure our brand remains the answer to our customers most pressing questions
3. Narrative & Conversion (Copywriting)
- The Goal: Turn visitors into advocates
- Write high-performance copy for ads, landing pages, and email sequences
- Craft micro-copy that guides users through the UI with clarity and personality
- Ensure the brand voice is consistent across all search snippets, headers, and calls to action
The Tech Stack
- Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Canva
- Search/Growth: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Ads Manager
- Execution: CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and beyond), ClickUp for remote sync
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a role that bridges marketing, copywriting, and design
- A Strategist Portfolio: We want to see how your designs drove traffic growth and how your copy drove conversions
- Technical Literacy: You don't need to be a developer, but you should understand HTML/CSS basics and how they impact SEO and UI
- Remote Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects
