Make an Impact by

• Maintain and update current repository of app performance data (sales contri to eShop, usage) on a weekly and monthly basis to track trends and key insights.
• Consolidate and optimize web support articles from by integrating relevant links to eShop/app, driving self-serve and increasing traffic.
• Refresh and enhance My Singtel App push notification guides to reflect the latest updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. eShop marketing team, designers) to execute push notification campaigns and in-app banners that drive traffic and sales.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects, including preparing presentation slides for meetings and updates.
• Support the planning and execution of internal teambuilding and volunteerism activities.

Skills for Success:

• Minimum commitment of 3 months
• Currently pursuing a university degree 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with digital marketing trends and emerging digital touchpoints.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
