Retained search: An international beauty group is appointing an experienced Regional Digital & E-Commerce Manager to accelerate its digital, e-commerce and social commerce growth agenda across APAC.
Based in its regional hub in Singapore, this is a hands-on regional mandate for a beauty-led digital commerce expert: someone with the strategic judgement to set direction, the aesthetic instinct to strengthen brand desirability, and the operational depth to improve execution across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the regional digital marketing and e-commerce agenda across APAC, covering marketplaces, social commerce, digital media, content and performance
- Translate global brand direction into practical digital plans for APAC markets, balancing consistency, local relevance and commercial delivery
- Drive platform performance across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tmall and others
- Partner with local markets, distributors, agencies and platform partners to improve campaign quality, conversion, content execution and digital capability
- Act as the regional digital expert, building clear playbooks, performance insights and guidance for markets at different maturity levels
Key Requirements
- Over 10+ years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, ideally within beauty, skincare, personal care brands
- Strong brand-side background with hands-on SEA marketplace and social commerce execution
- Deep practical expertise across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. Experience in TMall is highly advantageous
- Strong beauty sensibility, with the taste and judgement to balance brand image, consumer experience and commercial outcomes
- Strategic enough to shape regional direction, but hands-on enough to understand marketplace operations, campaign mechanics, analytics and local execution
