Digital E-Commerce Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital E-Commerce Executive to support and grow our online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining marketplace platforms, supporting customers, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end e-commerce experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and delivery teams to achieve on-time order delivery
- Monitor and update product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotions to maintain marketplace accuracy
- Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support across online channels to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales growth
- Verify accuracy and currency of product information, images, and content on e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency
- Perform additional digital and administrative tasks as assigned to support e-commerce operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Hospitality, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Retail, or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Strong communication and customer service skills applied in online retail contexts
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
- Availability to start immediately
