Job Scope:
- Manage website content updates with Business Units, ensuring accuracy and alignment with requirements
- Coordinate approvals and work with web agency partners to implement updates, features, and fixes
- Support routine website maintenance, including content checks and validation
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and prepare basic performance reports
- Support data-driven improvements to content and user engagement
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for website updates and enhancements
- Ensure consistent website display across devices and browsers, and support UX testing
- Support implementation for web content and coordinate with vendors/technical teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web content management (CMS) and analytics platforms, digital marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret website performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
