Manage the end-to-end production and post-production of digital content independently across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, 小红书, and LinkedIn.
Be actively involved in each stage of video production, from concept to final delivery. This includes research and ideation, scripting, collaborative copywriting, storyboarding or thumbnail planning, filming, directing, editing, and creating simple After Effects animations.
Plan and execute product shoots for both photography and video. This includes creating mood boards, designing product photography setups, and carrying out post-production edits for relevant assets.
Deliver high-quality, creative social media content on schedule.
Apply a strong aesthetic eye for composition and design, including creating simple graphics for videos when required.
Develop a deep understanding of user preferences across different cultural contexts in order to plan and create media content that aligns with each brand's vision.
Stay up to date with current affairs, social media trends, technological advancements, and platform developments, and translate them into timely, on-brand social content.
Stay client presenting when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Media Production, Communications, Design, or a related field.
A portfolio is required and should be submitted prior to the interview. Candidates may also be asked to present their portfolio during the interview process.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is mandatory.
Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite software, such as Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role may involve producing, reviewing, and editing Mandarin-language content for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
Knowledge of colour grading using DaVinci Resolve or DaVinci Resolve Studio is a bonus.
Comfortable with camera work, including DSLR cameras and iPhone videography.
Good time management skills, with a curious mindset and strong interest in content creation.
