Job Scope:
- Curate, review, and optimise content across social media platforms and corporate website.
- Track, analyse, and interpret performance metrics to improve content effectiveness.
- Support planning and execution of digital communications campaigns to boost public engagement.
- Develop and adapt digital content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia, for campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent messaging.
- Identify content opportunities and apply relevant best practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in social media management, digital campaigns, or content creation.
- Proven track record in planning and executing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
- Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders and working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management, able to multi-task with attention to quality and detail.
- Proactive self-starter, taking ownership from ideation to execution.
- Hands-on with paid social media strategies familiar with design and analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
