Requirements and responsibilities:
- Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of experience in innovation, community building, employee engagement, partnerships, programmed management, project management, marketing, communications, or related fields
- Plan, create and execute high-impact innovation initiatives, events and workshops that spark creativity, experimentation and new ways of thinking leading to positive business outcomes
- Demonstrate ability to plan, organize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Strong programmed management capabilities able to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and manage timelines effectively
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills-able to craft clear, engaging messages across digital and physical channels
- Familiarity with digital tools, content platforms, or innovation methodologies is advantageous
