Digital Commerce and Site Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the team in daily site ops and digital commerce activities
• Supports the team in digital campaign planning and execution
• Involved in brand site UX / SEO strategies and activities to increase customer engagement and retention
• Support in the planning, logistics and execution of any digital commerce event
• Liaise with Agencies and Media for digital ops related activities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and any administrative work for the department
• Any other adhoc related duties that may be assigned during the course of work

Requirements

• Preferably pursuing or holding a Degree / Diploma in Business / Digital Marketing or related disciplines
• Able to commit to a full internship period of continuous 6 months
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiar with 3rd party marketplaces Lazada / Shopee / Zalora
• Self-motivated individual with a keenness to learn
• Well-organised and a collaborative team player
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
