Role: Campaign Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, direct mail, SMS, and digital platforms.
- Client Communications: Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading client-facing communications to ensure clarity, tone, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for campaign-related tasks, working closely with marketing managers, product owners, legal, compliance, and data analysts to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly.
- Audience Segmentation: Assist in defining target audiences and building customer segmentation lists for campaigns in collaboration with the data analytics team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare and present reports on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure all campaign materials are accurate, on-brand, and compliant with banking regulations before deployment.
- Process Management: Help manage campaign timelines, coordinate deliverables, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation for all campaign processes, approvals, and results.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing operation, analytics, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting or reviewing client-facing content.
- Demonstrable experience with data analysis and reporting proficiency in Excel is required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a regulated industry, such as financial services or banking.
- Experience with data analysis tools or languages (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Python) is a plus.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA)
