Lead process readiness and maintain governance frameworks to enable the rollout of global digital business processes across sales subsidiaries
Manage Business Process Requirements for digital business activities in Southeast Asia as the blueprint for 2nd tier CX ecommerce platform implementation within SAP Grow program
Ensure global process alignment and standardization to governance structure
Support in E2E user testing and training preparations for dig business projects
Continuously optimize global dig business processes and frameworks
Your Profile:
A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in the e-business sector, ideally in a B2B environment
Strong experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and their application in governance and rollout contexts is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to work conceptually and deliver results through a structured and self-reliant working approach
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to clearly articulate requirements and progress, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) additional languages are a plus
Experience with SAP tools such as Commerce Cloud, CX, or ERP is a plus
A proven ability to operate effectively in international and intercultural settings
High levels of initiative, teamwork, and assertiveness, with a focus on driving process excellence and governance.
