Digital Business Analyst

. Bachelor's degree in Business, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.

. 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated experience workingon enterprise-scale, technology-driven systems.

. Strong experience as a technical business analyst working closely with engineering and cloud teams.

. Solid understanding of cloud technologies and cloud hosting concepts (e.g.SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, APIs, integrations, environments, security and non-functional requirements).

. Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams, with strong familiarity with agile ceremonies and artifacts.

. Experience performing gap analysis, impact assessment, and dependency analysis, especially in complex or multi-system environments.

. Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms and Whole-of-Government platforms (e.g.Singpass/Corppass/Myinfo, Govt commercial cloud) is an advantage.

. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.

. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other agile delivery and documentation platforms.

. Ability to learn new domains and technologies quickly and to operate effectively in complex, evolving environments.
